Q.

my 4 month old son is pooping in yellow or green colour and a little watery for the past 15 days but only thrice in a day asusual is it a problem??

A. It. Doesn’t seem like a problem to me but it would be better that you please get a check because you are saying it is watery consistency so you get it checked as of now once maybe it could be due to some other issue maybe it’s a stomach infection or something so you need to get it checked with our doctor
