A. Till the time you do not introduce semi solid food in baby's diet, their only meal is milk which gets digested easily and comes out as sweat or urine. Therefore, even if he does not pass stool for 7-8 days that will be fine. Just make sure that he does urine regularly and does not show any sign of discomfort. You can also do stomach massage in circular motion and move legs in cycling rotation to improve digestion.
