Q.
My 4 month old baby is on bottle feed . From last 2-3 days he has watery poop after every feed . What to do . Should i contact paediatric or it will get better with time

in this phenomena the child is having semi solid to solid stool after every episode of of food / milk intake.
if the growth / weight gain of the child is proper thsere is no need to worry about this phenozmena.
usually this phenomena decreases with increasing age of the child
