My 4 month old baby is not drinking enough milk (formula milk)during the day but she is having night time . and she is active, she has cold and cough, please suggest drinking less milk is normal

Yes consuming less milk ,rejecting from one side milk is normal around 3-5 months due to achieving milestones observing surroundings,exploring new things they constantly stare at things,moving objects,bright colours,recognising voices,persons,observing expressions. Give frequent feeds every 2 hours atleast for 5-10 minutes burp well after every feed.
