my 4 month old baby have 99.2F temperature is it considered fever what medicine should I give him

A. no, A normal temperature in babies and children is about 36.4C (97.5F), but this can vary slightly. A fever is usually considered to be a temperature of 38C (100.4F) or above. but keep checking body temp timely
