My 4 month old baby girl had 100.6 fever which came down to 99.4 in one hour. At the end of four hours it's 99.6. Should I repeat the dose of fever medicine.

A. yes, can repeat after 4 hours, increase breast feeding to her, Consult your pediatrician for trying to find out the cause of fever and get some tests done as needed.
