my 4 month old baby exclusively on breast feeding not passing stool for 4-6 days but does not have any complaint like abdominal pain irritation etc

A. Hello good afternoon !! New born babies constipate sometimes . If the baby is active with no issues like tight tummy ,gas ,discomfort then it's ok for 3-4 days. Do regular tummy massage with coconut oil,,to avoid gas and cnstipation.
