My 4 month+ baby got white types of soars all over inside his mouth and at his right corner of lip. Any suggestion what it can be? We tried capturing the pic, but could not do much as he us too small to keep his mouth open even for a second. If anyone can look into the picture (encircled with orange) and suggest.

A. can be because of fungal infection. vg vfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
