my 4 month baby girl is exclusively on bm and from last 10 days her poop is much green and watery. but she poops once or twice a day only. Don't know why? what to do plz suggest? TIA

A. if the baby is 4 months old and the baby is having green colour motion this is very normal nothing to worry just maintain proper hygiene for your child and give proper feeding
