my 4.5 month baby previously poop once in one to two days but from two days she poop one or two times in a day.. and poop colour is slight green yellow colour.. today she poop at afternoon and poop is yellow green colour with mucus and light red mucus streak is present in poop .. what is possible cause? what should I do now?

A. hi it happens because of many reasons like indigestion, infection etc. so please visit your pediatrician for once. breastfeed your child as per his or her needs. as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food. maintain good hygiene.
