my 3yr old son keeps touching his private part and noticed erections many times in a day is it something we should worry?or should we consult doctor

The child is constantly touching it and that is why the election could be happening normally it doesn’t happen at such a small age but yes by constant touching it could be happening and also constantly touching in this place is not a good thing so you need to check if there is a problem with the child
