My 3yr 6 mnth old boy have cough he is coughing alot which medicine should I give him?

A. it appears to be allergic cough/cold. they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning. requires examination and start antis allergic medicines. meet dr and prevent such temperature variations. there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization. when azllergies are not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to visit your doctor for a proper clinical examination first and then he would be able to guide you better that what medicine is to be started
