my 3year old daughters waight is only 10kg..how I gain her waight..she it food properly ..but in fevar she became very week..what should I do...?

she could have nutritional deficiencies, worm Infection , Indigestion with low Immunity.
so please visit your pediatrician and give multivitamin Syrup as per doctor's prescription.
give Healthy and well blanaced diet
avoid giving RO water
give Sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
