Q.
My 3Y4M old boy is speaking only few words(like 60-80 words) but not in sentences. When we induce a situation for him to speak, he just replies in one words or doesn't answer. Should I be worried..?

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3.4 years old and he use to speak monologues words like papa and mamma etc 60/80 words but no sentences are formed so don’t give pressures on his brain let him go his way

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. babies and three years and four months old and your baby speaking 60 to 80 words which is actually a very good speech development so you do not worry about this at all it is absolutely normal
