my 3months old daughter passes stool 5times a day is it good or any gastric issue??

A. 3 months baby passing 5 times a day is absolutely normal It is quite common that small babies will be passing stool even 8 to 10 times per a day which is absolutely normal for them there is no need to use medicines you can give neopeptine drops 0.5 ml 2 times a day for digestion
