my 32 month baby from last few days is passing stool 3 to 4 times a day (little small n quantity but soft one )...daughter said no medication required can you plz suggest why is it so ......any suggestion or advice

A. if the baby is otherwise active no need to worry no medicines are requiredFurther it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
