Q.

my 3 years baby had 101.5 fever..I gave Mefenamic Acid and paracitamol is it ok???

A. good to avoid medanamic acid during fever in babies without advice by specialist . If you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give syp paracetamol in proper dose

A. you can give paracetamol to baby.. monitor the temperature.. regularly.. keep baby well hydrated.. water helps in maintaining body temperature.. if fever repeatedly comes.. visit the doctor..
