my 3 Year old having dry cough.. in night times it gets worse... is that is normal or any problem.. please advice

Its completely normal you have to go for proper medication for the child also you can ask Your doctor that and in the meanwhile I will advise you to go ahead with a mixture of ginger juice and honey twice a day for the child along with that I would also advice U2 nebulise your child twice a day for a week
