Q.
my 3 year old has very hard cough. he keeps coughing really hard in his sleep.i am alredy giving him Maxtra BDS 5ml from last one day but situation isnt improving. also wants to know if nebulizing with saline wll help in conjusted chest. pls suggest some thing for fast recovery π

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait andz watch for three days and follow the instructions given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a follow up.
so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whetherz any change in medicine or any other investigation is needed or not .
