my 3 year old daughter having low blood . dr give iron syrup 1ml twice a day.. she has low immunity can i give her septilin syrup

to increaae imunity, give her immunity boister food .
educare her fir often hand washing too, to avoid infection.

You can give it to the child but since you’re already giving one supplement you check with your doctor for this secondly I would advise you to include pomegranate and beetroot on an everyday basis as an excellent source of Iron will also help in developing the haemoglobin level in a better manner along with the medication
