My 3 year old baby talk in single word but not in sentences. If I tell him to repeat after me then he repeat it. But understand every instruction given to him. Should I take him to the dr?

A. fine for age. Speech to become good and clear takes time and will develop with age only for boosting the same just restriction on screen time and some knowledge play games can be played with the kid.
