A. For a wet cough in toddlers, you can try these Indian home remedies: 1. **Turmeric Milk (Haldi Doodh):** Warm milk with a pinch of turmeric can help soothe the throat and reduce cough. 2. **Honey and Ginger:** Mix a teaspoon of honey with a few drops of ginger juice. Give this mixture to your toddler to ease coughing. 3. **Tulsi (Holy Basil) Tea:** Boil tulsi leaves in water, strain, and add a little honey. This herbal tea can provide relief from cough and congestion. 4. **Ajwain (Carom Seeds) Steam:** Inhaling steam with ajwain seeds added to hot water can help clear respiratory passages. 5. **Warm Soups:** Nutrient-rich soups with ingredients like garlic, ginger, and vegetables can be beneficial. Always consult with a pediatrician before trying home remedies, especially for toddlers. If the cough persists or worsens, seek professional medical advice.
