my 3 year kid suffering with white patches Type spots inside his mouth .. near throat n inside of cheeks.. please tell me what are the causes.. here I attach an image of the spots.. please suggest me how to take care of him.. I am using orosoft mouth ulcer gel for him.. which suggested by our local doctor.
