Q.
my 3 year 5 month old baby complaining itchy in whole body including head one or two time a day just for 10 to 30 sec. but there is no rashes or any symptoms are found on his body

Then maybe this is just due to dryness into the skin of the child further you’ll have to check onto the skin if there’s any dryness so you can apply almond oil or olive oil or any good cream otherwise still if you feel that itching is there even without rational then in that case you should consult your doctor
