My 3 week old has not pooped for 2 days . He is on mixed feed bm and formula. What should I do

sometimes babies pass stools afyer 1 or 2 days also
but exclusive breastfeeding is recommended till 6 months of age
ease avoid any other top feeds

no worries
because it is normal among young babies to pass stool once in 7 days or 10 times in a day
so please feed your child on demand
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
