My 3 months old son used to poop once in 4-5 days. Now since last couple of days he is pooping twice. Today it was 5 times since morning.last two stools were very watery. Is it normal?

if the consistency of the stool is normal that is semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency of the stool.
the frequency can vary for 4 to 5 times per day and sometimes the child will not pass stool for few days also.
also do no worry about colour and smell of the stool when stool consistency is semisolid to solid.
you have to meetx the dr only if it is totally watery stool or it is hard stool or the child is having pain while passing the stool.

Pooping 5 to 10 times in a days very normal and this age but now if your child is having loose motions or watery emotions then there could be a possibility that your child may have started to have teeth and that is why your child is having loose consistency kindly consult your paediatrician for further assistance and medicines required
