my 3 months old son has not pooped for the last 4 days...he is on full breast feed...anything to worry??

A. Shouldn't be a problem. Some babies pass stools once in four or five days while some pass even more than five times a day which are perfectly normal in breastfed babies. Touch and feel the baby's tummy. If it's hard or the baby is cranky or crying more than usual then u should consult with ur pediatrician. If not u can wait upto seven days.
