my 3 months old having first time cold and watery eyes , what should I do? which home remedies work fast. What medicine should I give? please suggest

Wikoryl AF drops can be given to the child you can give five drops three times in the day with a gap of eight hours but I would recommend you strongly to consult your doctor your child’s eyes are watering and all that means a congestion is much severe so please check with your doctor
