A. that is totally normal and is a normal part of growth. it is very important to clean the oral cavity of the child which will decrease sach excessive salivation in the child

please don't get panic about this matter because it is natural process
if your child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter
please give daily massage and sun light exposure
