My 3 Months Baby is getting fever... Her fever right now is 99.4... Me and my wife are covid positive 1. Can we give calpol...?? 2. At what interval we can give... 3. if fever come down below 99... then also can we give???

A. pls also let us know if fever came down from 99.4 then also for 1 complete day we need to give medicine for 4 times

A. 3 months to under 1 year: 2.5ml of infant paracetamol suspension, given up to four times a day. 1 year to under 6 years: 5 to 10ml of infant paracetamol suspension, given up to four times a day. 6 years to 12 years: 5 to 10ml of paracetamol six-plus suspension, given up to four times a day
