my 3 months baby girl crying a lot in certain times it's essepitially night times. when i consult a doctor they said nothing wrong... what's the cause..

A. hu cesmall babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
