Q.

My 3 month old sleeps for about 11-12 hrs in a day. Is it enough for baby development. I hear babies at this age should sleep for 15-16 hrs which is nt with my kid

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and she use to sleep only 12 hours a day so it less than normal but if she is doing well then it’s okay

Q. haii my baby is 18 months old. she doesn't sleep at all properly she sleeps for around 9 hrs in the night that too a very disturbed sleep(wakes up many times) she sleeps for around 1.5 to 2 hrs in the day..everytime i should forcefully make her sleep .she never sleeps by her own.. my concern here is that this much sleep is sufficient at this age??? this 10 to 11 hrs also very disturbed sleep
