my 3 month old sleeping continuously for 7 hours is this ok

A. Yes kids can really sleep for a longer decision but I just hope the sleep that you are mentioning is during the night time because usually kids can sleep for 3 to 4 hours at a stretch in a day but not more than that but if your child is sleeping for seven hours straight in the night that is not a problem
