My 3 month old is refusing both breast & bottle from past 6 hours She has gone to sleep now without having any milk should I take her to doctor Can’t seem to understand the matter. I tried to feed her in sleep also but failed.

A. is the baby is refusing feeding there can be chances of coating of the tongue any ulcers in the mouth are baby maybe sick there is a need to do some evaluation
