Q.

my 3 month old exclusively breastfeeding baby is not gaining proper weight otherwise she is achieving all developmental milestones verywell..... anything to worry?

A. help make sure the baby is getting sufficient bm and if bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug which should be better and also safe and baby gaining a minimum of six hundred grams to 800 grams per month means baby is getting sufficient bm
