my 3 month old baby poop to 5-6 times during the day from past 2 days his frequency of poop has increased earlier he used to poop once in a day or once in 2 days . the color of poop is now coming yellow and green mix pls suggest is it normal?

A. Hello dear parent! Not to worry as long as your baby is healthy and active, showing no symptoms of any discomfort. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Check with your doctor if your baby is teething or having any tummy problems
