Q.
My 3 month old baby gets very cranky at times so I give her colimex drops. After having it she gets calm and relieved. Is it safe to give colimex drops regularly?

In milk only mother milk should be given and burping should be done properly. Gastica drop can be given 3 times in a day and if severe pain then meftal spas drop can be given for relief .
