Q.

My 3 month 20 days baby suffering from fever around 100 - 101 with light cough. Kindly suggest medicine

A. If you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give syp paracetamol 250 MG 3ml 6 hourly for 3 days If no improvement Consult your pediatrician for trying to find out the cause of fever and get some tests done as needed
