My 3 month 10 day old makes so much movements and noises while feeding why so

A. Hello mom.that quite normal of a baby as they grow they get quite playful especially while feeding which is quite annoyning for the mother. this at times could be due flow of milk as well , if its too fast or slow also could be the reason
