My 3 days old girl has jaundice and from lunch time after having vitamin D3 0.5 ml she is passing loose stool. What to do?

It Is common for a child to pass loose tools for initial 30 days after birth the consistency settles down after that only so as of now it’s perfectly fine still if you feel that the child is having any other issue apart from lose motion when you consult your doctor ones
