my 3 and half month old baby doing frothy and runny poop 4 to 5 times a day what could be the reason she is urinating properly.

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and she is having running stools and it’s froathy too so don’t give her any medicine but frequent breast feeding and ORS
