My 3.6yrs old daughter is having fever only in evening n night . In day time she is completely fine . We are noticing this pattern since 3 days . And the climate is also very chill since 4-5 days . Can this fever pattern be due to climate or she has any viral fever ? Please advise

A. No it can’t be due to seasonal change and it can be viral fever avoid late evenings outdoor keep baby we’ll covered abd consult your doctor if fever is coming every evening
