my 3.5 yrs od son doing motion with smell and greasy from 3 days is it k or suggest any syrups

A. it may be any gut inf. Loose stool may be sign of any viral infection or any food poisoning . Limit of milk along with probiotics like enterogermina and zinc will help In these . ORS is to be given in sufficient quantity as baby drink to prevent any dehydration .

A. Hi Maintain hydration Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
