Q.
my 2nd trimester starts now. I feel very discomforts at evening time. always feel bloated and having acidity issue. my stomach always look like bloated. plz suggest some home tips for bloated acidity and constipation.. I can't handle all this.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful atdvice can be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once.
Ine general yofu should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done
