my 23 months old boy doesn't speak much,even give response to his name sometimes is it problematic

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. yes this is a problem so language development is a reflection of brain development . So know that by 8-9 months of age baby should speak mama Baba Nana , if not then it s a delay .
Avoid any smartphone or TV exposure reduce screen time communicate with baby encourage baby to talk recite stories and see a speech therapist and a doctor for it
