My 23 months old always has a runny nose in the morning or as soon as he gets up from bed (day time too) what is the reason?

A. allergic rhinitis v cCold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time
