My 22days old baby spots milk after burping...after feed i burp him and when I lay him down on bed he start spitting plain milk from mouth and nose what can I do...some one suggested that I should give him bal jivan ghuuti...is it safe

Do not give it to the child no gutti is required it’s very normal for a child to have this kind of a thing keep your child on the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes after feeding and that is going to help and also you should feed your child on demand that is also actually going to help you
