My 22days old baby passing watery stool - what does it mean? Is this a symptom of Diarrhea or it's normal. If it's Diarrhea what precautions and medicines have to give him.

A. it is quite natural that small babies for fever in newborn babies will be pass in 10 to 15 x 15 stool and it will be water only no need of any medicine
