My 21 months old baby had fever since last night giving medicine every 6 hours again she is having fever temperature is raising continuously what’s the reason recently 1 week back she recovered from dengue

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fevergr is repeating.
and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
