Q.
my 20 month old son does potty many times a day, usually wenevr he eats he does potty. I hav taken him to doc as well thy just suggest not to give junk food and thy give medicine for few days, but the problem still remains three, what should I do?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr old boy4 years agoA. gastrocolic reflex is very normal in children. in this phenomena the child is having semi solid to solid stool after every episode of of food intake. if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about this t phenomena. it is also advisable to continue curd buttermilk apple and banana which h will help in proper digestion of food. usually this phenomena decreases with increasing age of the child
